You Do Not Need Another Random Study Resource.
You need a strategy.
The BCBA Test Content Outline includes 104 tasks across 9 domains.
And trying to study all 104 tasks the exact same way is not a strategy.
Taking mock after mock without understanding why you are getting questions wrong is not a strategy either.
Before you build your study plan, you need to answer three questions:
What do I already know?
Where are my gaps?
What should I work on next?
That is what this webinar is designed to help you start figuring out.
Here’s What We’re Going to Cover
1. How to Actually Use the BCBA Test Content Outline
Not just download it.
Not just highlight it.
Not just start at Domain A because it happens to come first.
I’ll show you how to start using the TCO as a roadmap for your preparation so you can make more intentional decisions about what deserves your study time.
2. How to Figure Out Where You Actually Stand
Before you create a study plan, you need a baseline.
Because you cannot make a good study decision if you have no idea what your current performance looks like.
We’ll talk about how diagnostic information can help you begin identifying:
stronger areas,
areas that may need more practice,
and where your study time may be better spent.
3. Why Knowing the Definition Is Not Always Enough
You can memorize a definition.
You can recognize the terminology.
And you can still get the exam question wrong.
Why?
Because exam-style questions often require you to do more than recognize information.
You have to analyze what is happening in the scenario and determine which answer actually fits.
During the training, I’ll show you how I dissect exam-style questions so you can start looking beyond:
“Which answer sounds right?”
4. How to Stop Practicing Questions Without Learning From Them
A practice question is only useful if you learn something from your response.
So instead of:
Question → answer → check the key → move on
I want you thinking:
Why did I choose that answer?
What did I miss?
Was the problem my content knowledge—or how I analyzed the question?
What does that tell me I need to practice next?
That is a completely different way to study.
What Structured Exam Preparation Can Actually Look Like
When I teach, I do not want to simply explain something and ask:
“Does that make sense?”
I want to see whether you can demonstrate it.
That is why my teaching approach follows a performance-based process:
Baseline → Instruction → Modeling → Rehearsal → Feedback → Reassessment
I teach the concept.
I show you what it looks like.
You practice.
We look at your performance.
Then we decide what needs to happen next.
Because the question is not just:
“Did you study it?”
The better question is:
“Can you demonstrate that you understand it?”
This Webinar Is For You If...
You are preparing to sit for the BCBA exam for the first time and:
You have no idea where to begin.
You keep jumping between different study resources.
You feel like you need to study everything.
You understand ABA concepts while reading but struggle when they appear in exam-style questions.
You keep second-guessing yourself between two answer choices.
You are taking practice questions but do not always understand why you got them wrong.
You do not know which TCO areas actually deserve the most attention.
You have been studying but do not have a clear way to determine whether you are improving.
You want structure, direction, and feedback instead of another pile of information.
If you read that and thought:
“Yeah. That’s me.”
Come to the training.
This Is Not Going to Be Another Webinar Where I Read Slides to You for an Hour.
You can find definitions online.
You can read another textbook.
You can buy another study guide.
That is not what I want this experience to be.
I want you to actually see how I teach and how I think.
I'm going to break concepts down.
I'm going to model how I approach questions.
I'm going to explain what I'm looking for.
And I'm going to help you start looking at your exam preparation differently.
Because I'm much more interested in:
What do you know?
What are you missing?
How are you thinking through the question?
Why did you choose that answer?
And what should you do next based on your performance?
Meet Neyla Rose
BCBA. Licensed Behavior Analyst. Educator. Mentor.
I'm Neyla Rose, BCBA and Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Throughout my professional work, I've trained 200+ professionals and facilitated hundreds of sessions helping individuals strengthen their behavior-analytic, clinical, and professional skills.
And one thing I've learned from teaching people at different levels is this:
More information is not always the answer.
Sometimes the real problem is that nobody has slowed the process down enough to identify:
What exactly do you not understand yet?
Then teach it.
Model it.
Let you practice it.
And give you feedback you can actually use.
That is how I teach.
Here’s What Previous BCBA Candidates and ABA Professionals Have Said About Working With Me
“I gained a much clearer understanding of how to analyze cases, structure interventions, and think critically about client progress…”
-BCBA Candidate
“Her guidance and support made it easier for me to ask questions, think more critically about behavior, and start trusting my clinical judgment.”
-BCBA Candidate
“What stood out most was the personalized support I received.”
-BCBA Candidate
This is the kind of support I believe actually helps people grow.
Not just giving you more information.
Not telling you to “study harder.”
But helping you understand what you’re missing, breaking it down, giving you a chance to practice, and providing feedback you can actually use.
That’s the experience I want you to get a taste of during this free webinar.

Stay Until the End and I’ll Give You My BCBA Exam Prep Diagnostic
I do not want you leaving this webinar thinking:
“Okay, that was helpful…but what should I study?”
At the end of the live training, I’ll give you access to my BCBA Exam Prep Diagnostic.
The diagnostic is designed to help you begin evaluating your performance across exam-content areas so you can start identifying where additional practice may be needed.
I’m not giving you the questions ahead of time.
First, I want to teach you why your baseline matters and what you should be looking for.
Then I’ll give you the tool.
Because the goal is not simply to take another quiz.
The goal is to use your performance to make a better decision about:
What should I work on next?
You’ve Done Too Much Work to Get Here Just to Wing the Final Step.
You do not need your entire study plan figured out before you come.
That is the point.
Come to the webinar.
Learn the framework.
Watch me teach.
See how I approach exam questions.
Receive the diagnostic.
And leave with a clearer understanding of what your next move should be.
