ABA WITH ROSES was founded by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst, clinical leader, and mentor who believes that meaningful growth occurs through structured mentorship, practical experience, and supportive accountability—not simply accumulating hours or checking boxes.

With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Behavioral Systems Analysis (BSA), psychology, leadership, and business development, she has spent over 15 years coaching, training, and developing individuals across a variety of professional settings. Throughout her career, she has provided mentorship, training, and consultation to more than 200 professionals, educators, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), caregivers, and aspiring behavior analysts using evidence-based approaches rooted in Behavioral Skills Training (BST).

Prior to founding ABA WITH ROSES, she served in clinical leadership roles, including as a Head Behavioral Consultant for a large preschool program, where she supported staff development, caregiver collaboration, behavioral programming, and systems implementation. Her experience spans hundreds of supervision, coaching, caregiver training, and professional development sessions designed to build confidence, competence, and meaningful outcomes.

Through ABA WITH ROSES, she created the G.E.M.S. Framework™—Growth, Excellence, Mentorship, and Supportive Culture—to provide an accelerated, competency-based approach to supervision, professional development, and behavioral support. Her work focuses on helping future behavior analysts, caregivers, RBTs, RBT candidates, and professionals bridge the gap between knowledge and real-world application.

Known for her supportive yet high-expectation leadership style, she is passionate about developing confident clinicians, ethical decision-makers, and future leaders who are prepared to create meaningful change in the lives of others.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia and North Carolina, her mission is simple: to cultivate growth, inspire excellence, and provide the mentorship and support needed for others to reach their fullest potential.
